      UPDATES TO DIGGIN IN THE DELLS I – PLEASE READ BELOW
      Due to inclement weather in WI Dells, the Woodside Sports Dome has been compromised and teams will be unable to compete at the Dome. We WERE able to find court space at 3 other locations in the WI Dells area.
      Thanks to the hard work of many behind the scenes, we will be using JustAGame Fieldhouse, Mauston High School and Jack Young Middle School (Baraboo). We understand this not ideal but we are making the best out of the situation.
      We were able to rework the schedule for this weekend on fewer courts. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and space we will not be able to guarantee teams 5 matches over the weekend. We had to move a couple teams to different divisions to make the division numbers better for the tournament format.

      Credential Pick-Up (FRIDAY ONLY) has been moved down the road to the Chula Vista.
      As a reminder credential pick-up will take place Friday April 5th from 5pm – 8pm in the Chula Vista Hotel Main Lobby.  Look for the NetLynx flag at the main lobby entrance and once you enter the lobby beyond the check-in.  We ask that one representative pickup the credentials for the entire club. Coaches will receive wristbands and players will have bag tags.

      DIGGIN DELLS II – April 7 – 9

      During this step you will verify your roster and check-in online via your AES Account. Rosters are frozen once you check in online.  Any changes must be approved by the Tournament Director.

      Step 2 – Credential Pick-up See below for each event:

      Credential Pick-Up (FRIDAY ONLY): As a reminder credential pick-up will take place Friday April 5th from 5pm – 8pm in the Chula Vista Hotel Main Lobby. We ask that one representative pickup the credentials for the entire club. Coaches will receive wristbands and players will have bag tags.

      DIGGIN DELL II – FRIDAY APRIL 12  5PM – 8PM  (NO PRE-SALE OF WRISTBANDS – ADVANCE SALES ON LINE ONLY)

      The Coaches’ Event Sign-In Form must be completed when you verify your rosters and check-in online prior to picking up your credentials (link included in confirmation email after online check-in completed). It verifies that you have your teams’ Waiver of Liability Form and a Medical Waiver and Release Form.

      ONE DESIGNATED PERSON TO COLLECT CLUB CREDENTIALS FOR ALL TEAMS.
