MANDATORY BACKGROUND SCREENING & ABUSE PREVENTION TRAINING POLICY
Every JVA member and ALL adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events, must complete the Background Screen and APS training unless they have a USAV background screen and Safe Sport certification. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. To complete the JVA Background Screen or verify your USAV screen, click below:

Step 1 – Online Check-In will be available from Monday, March 13th – Wednesday, March 15th.
During this step you will verify your roster and check-in online in AES. Rosters are frozen once you check in online. Any changes must be approved by the Tournament Director.
Step 2 – Credential Pick-up is between 5:00PM and 8:00PM on Friday night (March 17th) at the Woodside Wisconsin Dells Center – Main Lobby
The JVA Coaches’ Event Sign In Form must be completed when you verify your rosters and check-in online in order to pick up your credentials (see below). It verifies that you have your teams’ JVA Waiver of Liability Form and a JVA Medical Waiver and Release Form or their USAV equivalent. ONE DESIGNATED PERSON TO COLLECT FOR ALL TEAMS.
