Step 1 – Online Check-In will be open TBD.
Please make sure that your rosters are correct in AES via the online check-in process. Changes can be made to your roster at this time, but rosters are frozen once they are submitted via the online check-in process. You will access online check-in via your AES account
Step 2 – Credential Pick-up is between Friday 5-8PM at the Woodside Wisconsin Dells Dome 2100 River Rd Wisconsin Dells WI. ONE DESIGNATED PERSON TO COLLECT FOR ALL TEAMS. Email email@example.com with name of person collecting credentials for your Club.
The JVA Coaches’ Event Sign In Form must be completed when you verify your rosters and check-in online in order to pick up your credentials (see below). It verifies that you have your teams’ JVA Waiver of Liability Form and a JVA Medical Waiver and Release Form or their USAV equivalent.
MANDATORY BACKGROUND SCREENING & ABUSE PREVENTION TRAINING POLICY
Every JVA member and ALL adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events, must complete the Background Screen and APS training unless they have a USAV background screen and Safe Sport certification.* To complete the screen, click HERE.
*Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. To complete the JVA Background Screen or verify your USAV screen, click below:
