Step 1 – Online Check-In will be available from Sunday, Jan 30 – Wednesday, Feb 2nd.
Please make sure that your rosters are correct in AES via the online check-in process. Changes can be made to your roster at this time, but rosters are frozen once they are submitted via the online check-in process. You will access online check-in via your AES account
Step 2 – Credential Pick-up is between 4:30PM and 8:30PM on Friday night (Feb 4th) at the UNI-Dome Main Lobby
For Clubs with multiple teams registered, ONE person from your club MUST pick up for ALL teams. Please email the name of the person by Wednesday before the event to firstname.lastname@example.org
The JVA Coaches’ Event Sign In Form must be completed in order to pick up your credentials (see below). It verifies that you have your teams’ JVA Waiver of Liability Form and a JVA Medical Waiver and Release Form or their USAV equivalent.
Please let parents know TWO DAY passes will be available for sale during Credential Pick-up to alleviate congestion on Saturday morning.
